Residents of Massachusettes: Save on household energy and earn opportunities for your congregation!
Are you burning money by failing to take advantage of the Mass Save® Home Energy Services Program sponsored by Massachusetts utilities and energy efficiency service providers?
Next Step Living (NSL), a Mass Save Participating Home Performance Contractor, would like to help you lower your energy use and guide you on your path to energy savings.
Participate in Mass Interfaith power and Light and NOAH CHALLENGE II, by obtaining a no-cost Mass Save home energy assessment provided by NSL. For congregants of MIP&L member faith communities, NSL will donate $50.00 to your house of worship, and make an additional $50.00 contribution to MIP&L, when you spend at least $400.00 out-of-pocket on optional weatherization improvements recommended during a no-cost Home Energy Assessment.
The no-cost Mass Save Home Energy Assessment includes the following services:
Customized recommendations for energy efficiency improvements offered by a Mass Save Energy Specialist; Installation of no-cost immediate savings measures such as compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs), programmable thermostats, and water saving devices (as deemed necessary by Energy Specialist)*
Air Sealing and Insulation recommendation (if applicable)
75% up to $2,000 towards the installation of approved insulation improvements
The MIP&L faith community member that signs up the most folks through Next Step Living for the recommended weatherization improvements by February 14, 2012 will get a free MIP&L Environmental Stewardship assessment for their house of worship, conducted by MIP&L, and valued at approximately $2,000.
